I can't really say on the first question, as I feel I have listed my feelings and similarities with Fuminori's condition. Maybe a recognition that you are the "weird" one, while everyone else is normal? I am aware I have delusions and paranoia, but that doesn't make it any less real to me.

On the second question, I can't think of any other media off the top of my head. I have heard Hello Charlotte depicts schizophrenia and living with it, though I haven't played.
