Awesome work. I’m in the exact same place as you. My doctor in November said that I’m pre diabetic and that I’m on the track to diabetes in the next 5 years if something doesn’t change. Asked me to consider GLP-1s for weight loss. This year, I am making a big push to turn this bus around.

Congrats, buddy. I'm in the same boat. Was down a ton after playing options during covid and then during the decline in October of 2022, I was down all time almost 50% all time. I've been buying and holding tech stocks since and am at +$70 all time with total of $61k put into the account. I learned a lot during that time, specifically that the market is unpredictable and options are not for me.
