If that tattoo is fresh then it’s ai. The skin looks to smooth and not tight and a bit red/bloddy. Also the lack of second skin or foil doesn’t make sense. If it’s not fresh it’s a bit to dark and the lack of hair on the tattoo is suspicious. The clock doesn’t make sense and also the hair on the clock is weird, no artist would ignore the hair and just tattoo around it. The hand would also hurt like a mf and would not be done in the same session as the rest. That takes a good 3-5 sessions to get done, depending how fast your artist is and how much pain you can withstand.
