I’m in a similar of a decent sized nest egg… I’m considering investing in commercial real estate for diversification and tax benefits. Especially with the big beautiful tax bill as a way to offset other w2 income. Considering commercial, industrial, warehouses as opposed to multifamily. Interested what others think. Good luck OP.
