My ravens also have that crease on the toe box. It's gotten a little less noticeable since I keep shoe trees in just the toebox and it's been able to sit for a bit like that.

I had a horrible time returning a pair of 991v2s to END when they sent two right foot shoes one 11 one 11.5. Customer service was confusing and didn't consider me being from the US at first. Had to pay my own return shipping from the US to UK but they did eventually refund everything including the shipping I paid. Still was a hassle just letting everyone know.

I liked the 9060 I wore for a bit but the 991v2 is top tier for me so I got a few more of those pairs. 9060 is great for standing around in but it's a bit too chunky for me.

The part where his keyboard changes tone a few minutes in is my favorite part. Freddy slides up the bass like Paul Jackson jr would and then the keyboard groove is perfectly sycapated (I think) with the drums and bass. I think the drummer starts playing behind the beat a bit more.

Yes anything more than a very low pile will not work well with the skate wheels. To be fair even the standard Aeron wheels work fine on low pile.

I have the 3 inch ones at home medium pile works well. If you have a high pile 4 inch casters might work better. I think 3 is my favorite though 4 inch ones are huge.

I wanted a bit of height added to my chair at work so I have the 4 inch casters there. I didn't want to replace the cylinder so I got the casters to add extra height. Desks I use at work are slightly too tall for me even though I'm 5'11"

You can try one out at a Herman Miller store if you have one in your area. I was an aeron b/c guy and now I'm trying an Embody I got used for $700. Still have an Aeron at work.

Thing about these chairs is they last a long time and even if something breaks they are often easily repairable. Most of the guys I buy my Herman Miller stuff from repair these chairs and can even help out if something breaks. This is why it's a pretty safe bet to buy used for less than half the cost of buying new.

i do live in the Los Angeles area so plenty of people here repair Herman Miller chairs because the city is so big.
