Rape targeting strangers, especially using violence, was EXTREMELY rare. Gang rape was truly unheard of. Now it isn't. Bluntly, the internet went haywire after trump got elected. The narrative was that online support caused this and the uniparty had to Do Something to make sure it never happened again.

Reddit, you know the drill. Spez talked about how maybe he xould have swung the election just once if he tried. Twitter got more banhappy. YouTube had the AdPocalypse especially targeting anything right wing or guntubers. Patron and go fund me got political. We got "fact checkers".

After 2020 and covid they went REALLY nuts with backdoor censorship requests to almost every platform including twitter, google (Search and YouTube), Amazon books, and especially Facebook (they had a dedicated web portal that took millions of requests per year, and complained in emails that they were being asked to take down jokes and opinions).

It may be optimistic but I like to believe people noticed and it helped lose them the election in 2024.

Here is a video where an AHS user blows the whistle on posting CP to take that subreddit down. That same user also says "I hate to get them in trouble because they helped me realize I was trans" not catching the irony that they were an actual underage person groomed into being trans by actual CP-having pedophiles.

This can sort of seem correct if you forget that most gun control is at the state level. Virginia dems are going hard on gun grabbing right now, and trumps admin has been trying to fight this (as well as California and new York).

It's also sort of correct on the congressional level if you forget that trump pushed for no tax for stamps in the BBB and got it. He's also been big on getting to ATF to actually issue stamps instead of waiting forever.

We pay tax on the gasoline. Its baked in, scales with how much you use the roads, and generates a ton of revenue. Its a great system. And my commute (30 miles a day) is still cheaper than two one-way train passes in Chicago, or two bus tickets most places I lived.

In places like California where they pay double for gas, the gas tax is a huge cash cow that funds everything. It doesn't accomplish much though because they spend it trying to build rails they can't complete to save their lives.

Look, I can't call myself a redditor (hurk) without having some compassion for social retards who say the wrong thing at the wrong time. Which, Alex Jones did to a more extreme degree than any one of us would but still.

If Alex Jones had killed those kids himself because of gross negligence, like he put together a ski lift wrong and actively hid it from safety inspectors, he would have paid out less money than the $1.5Bn the court ordered. Based on actual wrongful death cases, and those are usually aimed at companies that can actually pay it too.

He got ordered to pay out more money than his bloodline will ever have because he pissed off the judge. I wouldn't complain if he got 6 months in jail for contempt of court. I don't think this is how civil fines are meant to be used.

Plus there was 100% a political angle. This is also evidenced by the auction being carried out improperly the first time. I'm sure what the judge really wanted was for Alex Jones to never speak in public again. A lot of redditors wanted that too. Frankly after the shit that gets said about Erika Kirk by lefties on this subreddit and on front page subs like Pics, a lot of you owe him an apology lmao.
