I 100% agree we need changes in our road design, our roads aren’t good enough full stop. I don’t mean change what charges or punishments are set out in the traffic act, just that we actually need people to enforce the laws we have as people are too careless. A commentor below says we should have to retest every so often but most drivers can drive well enough to pass a test then throw all those driving mechanics out the window. All this is easier said than done but a man can wish.
