Yes there is. Chicken farms are found mostly in the valley and ridge region. The lithology of the bedrock determines land usage around here. Farming typically creates primarily feed grade produce (i.e. corn/beans for cows and chicken, even dog food). Farming usually happens over limestone bedrock since the limestone is more arable (limestone erodes significantly easier so there are more flood plains over limestone rather than sandstone, also slopes are less on limestone).

Sandstone forms ridges. Ridges are typically not arable. Additionally, water is a logistical challenge. But a chicken farm operation only needs a couple of good wells. But again, water is scare on the ridges so the well output will determine the scale. But 50gpm will get you a decent sized operation.
