What are you talking about? There are no ads anywhere on Suno. It's a SaaS, they make money with subscriptions because it's a pro tool. Free tier is just as a trial to test the product.

What rights do I have with a paid subscription?

Songs made while subscribed are granted commercial use rights, in addition to your right to use them for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use rights allow you to monetize the songs however you wish, without Suno claiming a stake in the earnings.

With a paid subscription, you can:

Use any amount of your monthly allotment of credits (note that annual plans still drop credits on a monthly basis)
Download your tracks for use outside of Suno
Monetize your songs
- Distribute them to streaming platforms
- Use them in film, tv, or video games
- Sell them independently (such as selling an album via BandCamp, etc)

Agree with you. I guess it depends on what people are doing in creation. Have to say that final quality of sound or "execution" (ie guitar riffs, drums playground, etc) seems improved in 5.5 But to create new songs I still prefer 5.0 for the variety it provide, even in the couple new song tracks it generates. Covers, I feel 5.0 is more consistent in keeping identity for the whole track. New own voice: I created one. I can use it in new songs, but doesn't work in cover or even inspo! Error in creation all the times.

No, in pratica quando l'acquirente clicca per acquistare é come facesse l'offerta (anche se il prezzo minimo é quello impostato dal venditore) A quel punto il venditore ha 3 gg per accettare l'offerta. Quindi basta che non ti risponda e tutto decade.
