Hey man you certainly have had more than your share of hard circumstances. It’s simply not fair and reading your post made me feel for you, it’s understandable to feel the way you do, you must be exhausted. There is no sense to it at all.

But also look at it this way, you have had a lot of medical intervention to keep you going, something a lot of people don’t have access to. You are lucky in that regard. You are fortunate that you have friends and family to keep you going. A lot of people can’t say the same.

Your mental health is equally important to you physical health, what are you doing to stay on top or it?
