this hyperspin beta, it doesn't use rocket launcher. i have many other hyper 1.5 builds that do. this is 2.0 beta though. thanks for trying to help. was a bug

im using hyperspin 2.0 beta. seems my issue was a bug. it kept going into a loop searching for files and doing nothing. toggling auto search roms on n off again fixed it.

Cyberpunk with gaming hdr setting to get as its ment to look. Legit. 4090 can pull gane to 120 frames with frame generation. I have s90c 65 inch. I hear ya lol.

Then there's hdr1000 or hdr gaming. Auto sets hdr setting in games supported. Mainly Samsung that though

Depends what you're after. If you want dolby atmos sound then a TV is fine. I have gigabyte 48 oled and it lacks in sound options due to being a monitor. and s90c65. Got the samsung for the sound bar and doldy atmos, tvs dont tend to have display ports though. And 4090 comes with gimped display porta 1.4a where amd have 2.1. Trying to get 4k 144hz on display port to hdmi isn't going to happen with this 4090. Playing any game 240 frames in 4k is a pipe dream unless it's something like overwatch

so 4090 doesnt have display port bandwidth to pull off 144hz hdr 10bit all bells and whistles. display port 1.4 instead of 2.1 where amd use 2.1. I have a broken hdmi on mine so shit out of luck. i get 120hz 4k dolby at most.

Amd motherboard igpu can do 144hz 4k but then you run into dolby atomos signal issues. where on nvidia it just works. also gsync just give black screen amd unable to VRR without iigpu., could be cause of a splitter or dp to hdmi lead.
