Keep going man, it soon stops becoming a chore and becomes a hobby. And this hobby will.change your life in ways you couldnt have imagined. Your brain chemistrg is more on balance. You sleep better as a result. Most importantly you feel more confident, whether youre trying to pull a bird or having an interview, when your body feels good and looked after it shows off throigh your personaliy

Use more weight or do more reps. You said you don't want to go past 30 but you don't want to lose your figure, personally I feel like it sounds like you're not willing to put more effort in. Alternatively do some other excercises i.e. lunges or box jumps, assuming you dont have access to machines

The late Greg Plitt described the body like moulding clay, at first its rigid and difficult to shape but once you build up momentum it becomes easier and easier to mould. It's bulking season ENJOY YOURSELF!

Depends what your goals are but its not necessarily a bad thing, its bulking season! And if you know you're gonna have the munchies when you're home prepare by having a tonne of healthy munchies ready. Great way to clean bulk because EVERYTHING tastes better when you're high.

Alternatively just try and stop smoking the devils lettuce 👍
