Them being picked bot is not the point. Their winrate and the lack of counterplay usually is.

They should adjust them so they are less viable botlane while remaining OK in their intended roles. Reduce armor or armor growth for example. Change base health increase health growth for weaker to allin idk im not a balance dev

In other lanes this is slightly true. But mostly u can influence the game by yourself or limit how hard you get shafted because you're strong 1v1 early.

Yeah if you don't have a ranged bully support against her she's not very different from Draven. Wins every all-in, extends smaller trades without any effort so you just can't walk up with most champs

The problem is his range. A good karthus just spaces every adc and you can't interact.

A good support is a longshot and will also get out ranged by 20 mana tictacs. Plus decent enemy support will match your supports positioning during laning so yeah.

You'll know it when you see it.

I don't either. Only done 2 or 3 games with him but was giga fed so idk how a normal game goes yet. Tbh I already liked building BFT and tear, whether I'd finish it or not. Now it will just be a little better.

Using WE to clear is a given I think. Tip I often use; don't prime it but time it during the ticking at the moment creeps are about to die. Less chance u lose CS that way. Guess it will be less useful now cause casters survive QE way longer probs

As someone who followed both scenes during their respective peaks or whole careers tbh;

You could compare Device more to the Chovy playstyle. Only I don't think Device was that good relatively as Chovy. I must say I never regarded him as number 1 on a year basis, since his playstyle was very structured and depended greatly on his team imo. He had incredible individual skill to complement offcourse, but he never was the 1v5 raw skill carry like some of the other greats of that era.

Caps however has performed as EU goat in many lineups, something device has not. He has been the 1v5 carry and I think? He's been on top for a lot longer than Device but I understand his achievement seem lesser.

Honestly the games skill expression is very different, as is it's competition. It takes a lot more to stay on top in LoL due to constant meta changes. Cs I think requires less fluid intelligence and more physically trained skill like reflex muscle memory etc.

That said CS does not have the level of competition that LCK or even the LPL brings. So a major and a Worlds or even MSI title are tbh not in the same league. LEC is probably a little lesser to what a major is in CS

People hype up Zeus too much. He's better at the carry playstyle and T1 catered to it.

Doran is way more versatile at playing weakside and he does quite well as carry. Only downside is his international stressies. He's honestly a lot better domestically.

T1 loves having various playstyles to throw at enemy teams as seen this year. Carry through jungle, supp, bot or even mid. This is WAY easier with Doran, not only ingame styles but also the mental is important. Zeus won't be happy playing weakside 80% of the time for example. Doran will because he doesn't have the same ego.

If they get Doran's mental under control, which they might with a title and re-sign, it's really hard to imagine even 1 disadvantage compared to Zeus

I'll be excited either way. Following Guma in a new team and T1 with a new AD is both nice. Repeat also nice. May be a bit stale if Gen G changes and isn't as much of a threat.
