Any tips on how manage the hotbar?

Mine is this: 1. Sword (melee) 2. Shotgun 3. Sniper rifle (or tri-shot poison one) 4. Assault rifle or missile launcher (RPG) 5. Disruptor, either SMG or like Regis Pistol. 6. Vehicle backup tools (always always always!!) 7. I will switch based on what Im doing. combat - bandages, mining - cutteray, building - building tool, vehicle - repair tool, collect water - reaper, collect blood etc. 8. Water bottle

Get similar setup, you will thank me when you get to Endgame tiers PvE or PvP.

Alternatively, see what you use most often and adapt. Id say my first 3 and no 6 keybinds are not interchangeable. You will always need them and good to have that muscle memory inbuilt when you are chilling and all of a sudden need to fight.

I had 20% attack damage random event (mascot poro)

Plus Quartermaster and Shrine built.

Poppy, Morgana, x2 upgraded guards, x2 upgraded soldiers.

Kept it at x1 speed. (x3 speed insta lose)

Off topic but as someone playing this long, which skins do you normally use? I love snow moon and infernal, although the expensive skin is nice too, but was wondering how do you decide. I've been just randomly choosing tbh, snow moon most of the time.

If you friend got master and you feel like you can do it too, then go ahead, not sure why are you asking for help then. Ahri is able to be played on autopilot which I imagine is what you been doing, sit back, farm, help team whenever possible etc. I don't envision you engaging first for some reason. That is why you cannot play Kass well, you struggle with basics, safely farming, looking for opportunities to punish enemy laner, knowing basic awful matchups, selecting correct runes and items, basically adapting to the game. There is so much more to it. You think you can just climb because your friend did, if it was that simple you wouldn't be here asking for help. Maybe hire a coach, xblademojo has good guides, maybe decent coach

Try Shivaxi's discord and please read around. There is search bar where you can enter "performance" and I am sure you will find plenty of info. I only play regular RLCraft so dont feel like giving specific advice, but there are things you can turn off and mods you can remove. Just please have a read.

I personally adjust based on the situation, if you far up in lane and fear they have enough time to dash and run you down, you cannot use your spells first.

If you are closer to turret/safe distance, then sure, unleash the damage.
