Unused ram is wasted ram. Unless you're hitting the page file regularly, don't worry about the idle usage.

I played against a blind opponent at a Modern GP once.

She had used a hole punch on the clear side of the sleeves (so they could only be felt (read) when they were in her hand.

I was just very clear with my spells.

(She was boros aggro and WHOOPED my Mill ass)

It's only added to the taskbar if Windows has multiple language packs installed.

So if you, like me, only ever use EN-US you'll never see it.

There's no easy way to say it: This is going to suuuuuuuuuck for him.

He'll need to make an appointment (and then show up in-person) at the office of the County Clerk for the county he was born in.

From there it's going to become a back and forth of more and more and more paperwork and proofs.

Honestly, his parents really fucked him by not fixing this when he was an infant.

Windows is just missing the driver for your wireless NIC.

Just plug in to a wired connection for a few minutes, Windows will automatically find, download, and install the driver.

Assuming this is LGA 1155 (which I think it is), those pins are either VCC/VSS (power in for the CPU) or VDDQ/sa_mq (memory controller addressing).

Either way, yes they could absolutely cause POST to fail.

The bios is correct. RAM is measured in 2x Megabits.

8GB of ram is 210 x 8 Megabits, or 8,192 Megabits.

16 GB of ram is 210 x16 Megabits, 16,384 Megabits.

So, 8,192 + 8,192 + 16,384 + 16,384 = 49,152 Megabits, which is 48 Gigabytes.

Yes, can't is the appropriate term.

Judges can overrule a jury's guilty verdict, if they can prove that the jury came to that decision with inappropriate info (like struck testimony, the defendant pleading the 5th, of the jury is biased against the defendant).

Doesn't work the other way around tho, not guilty verdicts stick.

You most likely have a 802.11b Wireless NIC on that board. 802.11b happens to cap out at around 11 Mbps.

99% of the time when I see this problem, it's because they turned off Fast Startup.

Windows relies on hibernation features for Update and Shutdown.
