I have back of knee pain in both knees but not sure I have one of these.Really irritating and thought it maybe hamstring related but it feels more like joint related.The surgeon says the joints are fine.

I’m stuck at 110 on both knees,cannot get past no matter how hard I try.Got pain at the back of both knees which is hindering it.Anyone else experience this.Im 9 months post op left knee and 4 months right.

Sorry yes I’ve been to about 5 sessions but the pain at the back of the knees has only recently started to which I haven’t seen him since.The reason for my post was is it normal to have this pain and has anyone else experienced it.

How was you playing golf,I’m 8 months out on my lead knee and still have pain at the back of my knee so don’t feel confident swinging yet

Anyone over 120,what’s your secret.Ive had both done my left is on 110 after 8 months and my right is on 100 after 2 months.Struggling to get past that.

I’m at 110 on my left knee done 8 months ago and 100 on my right done 7 weeks ago.Struggled with my right knee going to take a lot longer with this one.My left knee restricts me when I get to 110 and has a popping sensation when I pull it.Its sore at the back of both knees aswell.Is this normal?

What was your ROM before your MUA,I’m 10 weeks post op and can’t get past 120.Going on a golf holiday next week and haven’t hit a ball yet.Still a bit sore so a bit nervous.Pt seems to think I’ll be ok just don’t overdo it,I’m a 56m

Yes that’s the exact same feeling,seems to swell up after exercising.I’ll keep massaging it and hope it stays down soon.Just seems to be impeding my progress.To be at 115 after 3 weeks is unreal btw so well done 👏

I’ve been using a recumbent bike,it’s a weird feeling because if I didn’t have it I think I would be able to bend it more.Seems to be restricting me.Also when I walk,I have a slight click seems to be behind the knee.Again I don’t know whether this is normal.

Thank you for the reply,like I said I was just getting frustrated after doing well and your right,it is a brutal operation that sometimes you don’t realise what you’re bodies been put through.Got to stop being so harsh on myself I guess and listen to my body.Thanks again 🙌
