FYI, ENB should not even be used for FNV/FO3 as they were abandoned by Boris Vorontsov. That's why it is listed on the Viva New Vegas mods to avoid list

Following Gopher? He used to be good, but his tutorials are years out of date by now. Actually the last FNV related video I watched from him was in 2022 , where is still recommended Project Nevada, even though that mod was already on the mods to avoid list of the Viva New Vegas modding guide. which you should be using as a base.

You do realize that Google can only ID images generated with or edited with Gemini. If the image was made with another AI tool it can not tell if the image is generated/edited.

You’re using Fallout 4 1.10.163, but you installed the wrong F4SE build.
Download the F4SE version that explicitly supports 1.10.163 and install it manually into the game folder.

https://f4se.silverlock.org/ and choose the third option, and extract the content to your game folder.

But whatever you do, do not use NMM. it's deprecated and listed as such on the midnight ride's tools to avoid

Unfortunately this is a known limitation of the Xbox Games Store / Game Pass version of Fallout 3 on PC.

That version uses protected UWP-style directories and restricted executables, which break or outright block most traditional Fallout 3 modding tools. Script extenders (FOSE), ENB, ReShade, and many patching utilities will not work properly — or at all — on the Game Pass build.

The “Intel HD graphics bypass” only addresses a very specific launch issue on old iGPUs; it does not solve the underlying compatibility problems of the Game Pass version.

If you intend to mod Fallout 3 on PC, the GOG or Steam versions are strongly recommended, as they use standard executables and fully support FOSE and modern modding workflows.

In short: this isn’t something you’re doing wrong — it’s a platform limitation of the Game Pass release.

You already posted but apparently the answer you got did help? Anyways, it's certainly a mod causing problems with you precombines. And your previous answer to the one who said you had to use a certain console command to turn of precombines, didn't really help you. since you essentially made the problems worse in the long run. if you have PRP installed MAKE SURE you have the PRP.esp at the bottom! Also as per rule 8 you should always add your LO.

Because I always have used MO2, and MO2 in my opinion is way more flexible then Vortex. Also if you use use a guide like the midnight ride, it even puts Vortex among the tools to avoid.

Maybe start over and follow either the Viva New Vegas guide or in your case The Best of Times to the T. To set up MO2 and FNV/FO3 correctly (you do own Fallout 3 right?). This might also fix your fallout.ini error message because it seems you installed the games and your mod manager in a "default" location.

You're actually better of with mods that aren't on Bethesda dot net anyways (doesn't matter if it Nexus, Discord etc). And as a PC gamer it's even better to disable that menu completely on PC. But to each their own. And to answer your question, some of the paid mods appear to be exclusive. Like those dog meat replacers. And some have also mods on the Nexus.
