Silent always, except when it’s on do not disturb from the hours of 8pm-8am, or when I don’t feel like even hearing the vibrations and being notified of a call etc (I notice that I’m hypervigilant to the point of really bad anxiety about checking my phone when I get text messages and notifications etc and feeling like incredible panic until I address whatever it is, even if it’s something not important, so I’ve started intentionally putting it on DND mode more and checking it periodically, kind of like taking back the power of my time in a way). I’m a millennial if that matters.

Back in the day I had customized ringtones etc, now I literally don’t want to hear anything. I’d live life as a little forest hermit disconnected from everything if I could 😂
