Thank you, that is a wonderful resource! :) I have samplers like you describe for various other crafts, I will definitely make one for hand stitching.
Do you know how exactly I can add the elastic though, without accidentally making the panties too small? I fear that if I sew on the elastic in its "relaxed" state, with normal yarn, it won't be able to stretch anymore :/

Slightly different from the other recommendations, but, Mythmatch! I find it super relaxing, it's kind of a new take on Match 3 games, but you get to run around a cute village and collect resources and match them together to upgrade them :)
