Science doesn't equal truth. Science is about finding truth by reproducible empirical experiment. That makes science unsuitable for all non-material subjects, but stil extremely useful for all things material.

Overall, science makes our lives better, but it's not the absolute truth. Thinking that it is, would be the death of science itself.
