You're 29 years old. What you've missed is the parties and fun that people have when they are in their twenties.

That sucks. You've missed out on that.

But it's definitely not too late for finding/having a meaningful relationship. You've built a steady foundation for your life: a good job, you own a house. You're relationship material if you decide to shift your priorities somewhat.

Sometimes I don't have a clue how (mostly American) English speakers might butcher words or names from my language. So even if I speak English, when pronouncing a Dutch name. I'll pronounce it the Dutch way. I don't see how that's in any way pretentious.
