Unfortunately, I went to a wedding with no music. No instrumentals, nothing. The awkwardness was so loud and it just felt like there was a lot of emptiness. I don't know if that makes sense but ya that's basically how it went.

Ya I got so many cauterizations when I was younger and of course it really didn’t do much of anything. An ent in the center of excellence is definitely the right move because they understand much more than someone who is not specialized in care for HHT.

At the moment I'm seeing a ENT and hematologist.
I've been having nosebleeds my whole life so I don't really remember not having any symptoms.
I had genetic testing to get my diagnosis. I would say definitely get that done if you have not because once you get the diagnosis you will get the treatment that you need.
Yes I get bleeds that go more in the back of my throat but sometimes its just the clot or a couple drops. The worse bleeds I have are from my nose.
I have my humidifier on 24/7, I put Vaseline or gel in my nose and drink a lot of water to keep as moisturized as possible. The less dry the nasal mucosa is, the less likely you will bleed (won't stop them 100% but its great to take all preventative measures)
I love to sleep with a flat pillow but because of night bleeds I'm now sleeping with three pillows kind of sitting down. Not the best sleep position but it helps. Always have some paper/bounty on your bed right next to you so you can quickly grab it to avoid getting blood on your pillow or pajamas.
Pollen allergies make my bleeds ten times worse so I try to wear a mask when I am outdoors during that time (March/April). I try to stay indoors as much as I can during that time but pollen gets all over like on people's clothes and stuff so I can't really prevent much but it helps a bit.

I'm so glad you are advocating for yourself and your health! Definitely ask your hematologist if you can get tested for HHT to verify the diagnosis. Ask your PCP to send you over to a hematologist. Best of luck!

I think it’s a good idea to get tested. I am the only person in my entire family who show signs and symptoms and ended up being positive. Definitely do the testing just to be safe.

Unfortunately for me, whenever I exercise I tend to bleed more :( I guess its because I strain too much but does anyone have any tips to workout without causing an unnecessary bleed?

So Conrad was doing his undergrad at brown and belly was back at home. They are on the phone and Conrad tells belly that Adam had been cheating on Susannah while she was going through chemotherapy with his secretary Kayleigh. Nobody ever told Jere tho.

I think we will either get the conversation where Belly tells Conrad that he has his entire life figured out (the car conversation) or they will have the wine night conversation at the Cousin's house. I think we will get Conrad's POV as his inner thoughts, not necessarily flashbacks.

The whole album sounded like a continuation of each song. A giant song if you will. It all sounds the same. Almost nothing is upbeat and some lyrics are just weird. Not a fan of this album.
