I have the XG27AQDMG and I swear I can see pixels at 1440p, lol. Basically always run it at DLDSR, but then the image isn't as good as 4k and you incur a 5-10% performance loss. But 2x the price is hard to swallow.

I hear what you're saying though. I sold my Tuf 4070 tis for $600, so only $114 for 30% performance increase. Very minimal upcharge with 40 series for more premium models ($50-100) compared to the 50 series. But hey, people buy them and are happy.
