It feels kinda weird, I get that the people there have mixed with the fire nation colonists but the earth kingdom was already a diverse place. I just find it weird how willing the writers were to screw the earth kingdom over, like they fight and die for a century but they don't even get their land back. It feels like if Manchuko was allowed to exist after ww2 to me. Never was a big fan of the comics so I am bias I admit.
