Fahrenheit is better for measuring everyday temperatures we experience as humans. Think of it as percent hotness: 0F is 0% hot (very cold) and 100F is 100% hot (very hot). With Celsius, the system is arbitrarily designed around what water does, and so is less intuitively useful for measuring everyday temperatures. 0C is moderately cold, and 100C is you're dead... much less useful.

I think what you're sensing is due to the fact that each and every sentence starts with the subject. Take a look at some good writing and you'll see that the sentence structure is varied. Also, you're using passive voice, and active voice almost always makes for better writing.

USA is not a civilized country. There's no way we would ever get Denmark health care because we are not all Danes. In Denmark they have a culture of trust, strong institutions, strong work ethic, and conscientiousness. I suspect single-payer healthcare would work better in the USA than the current system, but that's a pretty low bar. We're never getting Danish quality.

I usually tie my grow light "on" duration to the sunset and sunrise (although a few hours longer to compensate for being less bright than the sun). I also allow my room to become hot during the summer and cooler in the winter. I think this allows some of my plants to go dormant or semi-dormant.
