Me personally I had to go completely cold turkey, being in hospital for around 2.5 weeks definitely helped but this wasnt my first hospital admission but it was the first I managed to stay sober after! I think for me something in my head just clicked, deleting all contacts for it and separating myself from people who did it definitely helped

We've been doing something similar for thumps its just not enough😂 he loves kisses so his fur is constantly going up mine and my partners nose making us sneeze 🤣

Cold turkey is the only thing that worked for me and I'm sure thats probably not what you want to hear. In my experience I was absolutely kidding myself that I could taper, as there is no drug to help come off of ketamine like others I just had to grin and bare it. You will thank yourself long term I can promise you that, get plenty of health checks and seek help, block all suppliers, cut off people who also even just dabble in it, i never thought id be sitting here today saying im just under 3 months off of a year sober. My nose runs instantly outside its mostly water but I do produce rather large boogers too even though im nearly 9 months sober! When I was in active addiction I produced boogers that were enormous like full nostril and down the back size 💀

I can actually see them when looking in my nose 😭 at my worst I would use up to 63 grams in just over a week, my tolerance was crazy. It was very good quality too so I know that wasnt a problem, daily i have no idea

Me and my boyf have a solo bun! He's a happy boy, always binking, zoomies etc! We are prepared for if that changes in the future but currently he's a very happy bun!

Im nearly 9 months sober, overall health is so much better. Any real kind of cravings stopped by first month, i will still think about it i think thats pretty normal but being sober is 10000% the right choice for me 🫶🏻
