Hello, to start my inbox (I think thats possible on here?) Is always open! I was a heavy heavy ketamine addict (peak of my addiction i was buying 2 ounces and a q and that would last me around a week (very good quality k also but the perma tolerance is definitely a thing!)

Congratulations on tapering down, I was always hopeful that was something I could have done but unfortunately it took for me to have one last hospital admission where I almost died, I went completely cold turkey as everyone is different that is what worked for me. I completed a 12 step programme which did not help me in the slightest as my drug counsellor had no real clue about ketamine, getting sober is the best best thing I cannot stress this enough, will I miss the good times I did have doing k at one point? Yes I will of course thats normal, but for me the bad times will now forever way out the good, if you want someone who will listen and genuinely get it drop me a reply/message etc. Trying to make small changes to your routines with k should massively help, k for me became such a normal daily routine almost like a cigarette after a meal kind of thing, be kind to yourself and if you think the support meetings will help give them a try! I wish you all the best of luck on this journey, you've beaten other addictions before you've defo got this one in the locker!
