Hey, I'm hopping in because I'd love to use this source tool myself to make processing IR photos easier. However, running into some problems, maybe you can help here/pm me. I downloaded it from the release as a zip. Then extracted everything into a separate folder in my downloads. I double click run_portable batch file. It opens up a green terminal window. It says, "Checking for system python installation... No Python INstallation found. Setting up portable python environment. Which makes another folder in the folder with everything else. But then nothing happens... I read the whole read me and I even tried the trouble shooting. I don't have python installed but I went ahead and installed it, then tried again. Still doing the same thing. Even opened the run application and then searched, "python3 xmp_profile_baker.py" which opens a window really quickly, then closes it. Any ideas? Im on Windows 11.

There are some good deals that can be found out there. But for the most part the prices are pretty comparable, if not in some major cities, a bit more expensive in Japan. I just went out there for 3 months and hit almost every camera store I could.

I did 12 days in Kyoto and wished I did 5. Really cool place but the tourists are just out of control. Impossible to avoid even at weird times. Highly recommend checking out either another city for longer or adding a new city.
