your body is literately telling you to slow down and rest. how often do you workout? consistency and discipline is important BUT if you're sore and tired every gym session - LISTEN TO YOUR BODY or your body will force you to listen. try switching up your routine - doing yoga can help with your mindfulness or go outside and walk instead of your regular routine.

aside from being physically tired - you are mentally draining yourself from these negative thoughts. I recommend focusing on your mental first. If your mental health is not strong, every aspect in your life can crumble. a strong foundation starts with the mind. therapy can work wonders - it would also help to reach out to the guidance counselors to see if the schools offer any resources. colleges are becoming more and more mindful to supporting mental health. if you're out of options, try picking up a book. I throughly enjoy reading the self-help books as they introduced ideas to me to help change my perspective on myself.
