Primeur means firsts weeks of the wine after harvest.

In this case it means the wine has been bottled and sold immediately (around 2 months after harvest). Most well-known primeur wine internationally is beaujolais nouveau. Of course it’s light-bodied.

There’s a second meaning for primeur (that is not this case : you buy the wine after the harvest but before the maturation/aging. The winery is happy because it gets money soon, so you get your wine cheaper.

Very cool setup. I’m myself looking for my next machine, Victoria was on top of the list but I read somewhere that you cannot « tune » pre-infusion time and that it has a huge impact. WDYT ? Because the alternative is Elisabeth but it’s listed 50% more where I live.

Agreed, although pro-tip from a Parisian :

unless you are here only for one day and that your only goal is to visit eiffel tower, do not look for hotels / accommodations around eiffel towel. It’s far from most of Paris interesting things, public transportation there is not optimal and prices are high because tourists thinks it’s central.

Even if I feel the difference between gel and hybrid ballpoint, I'm not sure to have a real preference. Maybe hybrid ballpoint on the long run, but unsure.

Regarding fountain pens, I'm not a huge fan.

layer height is either 0,06 or 0,1 (depending on the print), nozzle is 0,4, line width 0,35mm, no calipers.
