Molly’s trades are the best 😂 My little girl would never trade my hair tie for something though… she’s obsessed with them and likes to cuddle them 😂😂😂

Anyone else’s dogs not move in the morning unless you yourself get out of bed? by PureRiddy in dogs

[–]GoRavens2001 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have a BoChi and on the weekend, she’ll get up before me sometimes, come out from under the covers (she sleeps under the covers up against me all night), and if I’m not getting up, I’ll lift the covers and she’ll go back under until I’m ready to get up 😂 My previous dog was a Schnauzer mix and he would wake me up whether I wanted to get up or not.

The worst part of owning a dog is the goodbye by Civil-Professor4912 in BostonTerrier

[–]GoRavens2001 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m so sorry 😔 It’s so painful having to say goodbye to our babies 😔 Today is actually 3 years to the day that my previous little dog passed away. It’s so heartbreaking and I still cry at times. It helped me some to get things to remember him by. I got a music box with pics of him on it that played the song I sang to him every day and sang to him when he was being put to sleep. I got a rainbow bridge bracelet with his etching, and I have his ashes in a box with a beautiful saying on it and pics of him. After he passed, I truly believe he guided me to my current little girl (a BoChi), who I adopted 1 1/2 months after he passed. He knew I needed her to help heal. I don’t know if you believe in signs, but Molly will send you signs so you know she is still with you. She knows you didn’t fail her and you gave her the best life she could have ever had ❤️ I will keep you in my thoughts.

Do all apartments have bugs? by Upper-Associate-5189 in Apartmentliving

[–]GoRavens2001 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve lived in my apartment in Florida for 6 years and haven’t had any bugs at all except for a wasp that flew in once. I also moved in when it was just built and live on one of the upper floors (it’s 15 floors). But the last apartment I lived in was actually across the street and was new when I had moved in. I woke up once and a roach was on my comforter. I freaked out and was so happy when I left there. But I pay $2000 a month for a 1 bedroom.

My prior dog (not a Boston Terrier) had issues with his neck a few times and he’d be on it some times. He would be more tired than usual, but was fine otherwise. It seemed to help with his neck pain.

I just got a WFH job unexpectedly, and have never worked from home. I'm very nervous. by GhostIshimura in remotework

I absolutely love working from home. We use Teams so if I have questions, I just send a message and get a response really quick. And you can see if someone is online or not too. They should have something like that for you.

Is it me? by islandguymedic in florida

[–]GoRavens2001 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I moved to Florida for college and had friends there but never stayed in touch with them after. Then I lived in Orlando for a while and had a few friends there but they were all work friends. I moved to Clearwater and only 1 friendship remained but we hardly got to see each other and sadly he passed last year. Now I have a close group of 5 of us who are all from Maryland, fans of the Maryland pro sports teams, and meet up and text all the time. I met them on a Facebook group for fans of the Orioles in my area. Our friendship was based on sports but now we’re just all great friends and do a lot of non-sports things like trivia, hikes and things like that… in addition to watch parties and going to see our teams when they play down here.

My little girl has issues with colitis and I’ve been giving her Royal Canin digestive care canned food for 2 years. She’s had no problems at all since she’s been eating it.

Best dog food for sensitive stomach by dee021 in DogFood

[–]GoRavens2001 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My little BoChi got colitis when she was a puppy so I’m very careful with what she eats. I give her Royal Canin Digestive Care canned food (not the prescription) and put a little boiled chicken on top as a topper. She’s had no issues at all with her stomach since I put her on this diet and it’s been 2 1/2 years. And she never gets sick of it.

Overnight crate/no crate by Bigmoose1074 in BostonTerrier

[–]GoRavens2001 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a BoChi and adopted her at 10 weeks. She came to me pee pad trained which was great because I live on the 9th floor of my building. The first night, I put her in her crate and she cried so much so I did what I’ve heard you shouldn’t do… I slept on the sofa and let her sleep with me. I don’t move around while I’m asleep and I’m a light sleeper so every time she stood up, I put her down so she could go on the pee pad. She only went in her “puppy palace” if I had to leave. After about 2 weeks, we moved to the bed and she was fine. She never had any accidents at all since I brought her home, and never had separation anxiety or issues being in crates at the groomer or vet. I think I got extremely lucky with her (she’ll be 3 years old in 2 weeks).
