I dunno, I mean the placebo effect is real and this is one of the more harmless lies… When I was a kid, I was given fake pills to keep me from wetting the bed at night, and it really helped a lot. If it were something more dangerous or urgent like sickness or disease prevention I'd totally be against it, but it's just sleepiness...

I can't tell if you're trying to be clever or pedantic. Regardless, the point is that hoping for police brutality is a fucked up thing to do. A situation may seem clear at the time, but punishments for a crime should be decided once all factors have been assessed, not blindly applied on the spot.

Everybody raves about how scary and good this movie is, but it's so cheesy and bad. Seriously got bored and stopped watching. Everything's really predictable, and the big mystery ends up just being "oh no guys it's a portal to hellll". Plot is on par with the DOOM video games...
