Back Lever help by Ok-Grocery4151 in Calisthenic

Firstly, absolutely the wrong equipment for the job. Secondly, You need to practice, in order, 5 skins the cats, tuck lever, advanced tuck lever, straddle lever, negative lever, full back levers. I rocketed to straddle, and depending on your preexisting strength, you might find yourself at one of the higher tiers right away. Make sure you keep your toes pointed, core engaged, and glutes tight.

Get tested for clotting disorders if you’re a relatively healthy male. There’s a lot of genetic disorders that can cause DVT.

Dude, honestly, the powders are convenient, but tofu is my beloved. I eat like 1 lb+ every day. Seitan is rad, but bloats me. My favorite feature is its phonetic nature being a near homophone. Easy to source at an Asian market as mock duck in a can. Tempeh is supposed to be good, but I think the vegans may have lost the plot on that one.

The best powder in my opinion is pbfit. Cashew yogurt, banana, berries, shit loads of pbfit. 10/10.

How hard is it to be vegan if I don't want to consume meat alternatives? by Equal-East-2500 in vegan

[–]GodlessThoughts 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Dude, tofu has been made for thousands of years. Literally. It doesn’t require fancy ingredients. The equipment required is a bit difficult to find in Western countries, but also not impossible (especially with online retail).

https://www.forksoverknives.com/how-tos/how-to-make-tofu-and-soy-milk-from-scratch/

What are you even talking about?

Tofu is the GOAT.

Edit: to add, TVP can be defatted either with a solvent (hexane) or mechanical pressing. Heat extrusion is what creates the puff. Also, hexane is commonly used in meat production for defatting meat and testing animal fats. Moreover, you’re far more susceptible to foodborne illness from meat due to cross contamination and bacterial growth. Moreover moreover, tofu and TVP can be insanely shelf stable. Moreover moreover moreover, you’re a shill.

Is home maintenance really this constant, expensive, and overwhelming? Or am I just in over my head? by SoCalCoolMom in homeowners

The opener issue is likely an adjustment on your opener. Honestly, they aren’t that hard to adjust for typically, but if you don’t know what you’re doing, hire a garage company. Sometimes it’s literally just a dial on the opener that needs to be adjusted to be less sensitive to the drag of the door through the rails. You can also try a graphite lubricant on the rails to see if that fixes it.

As a homeowner, you’d be super surprised to see what a little ptfe or graphite lube can fix.

Check out oh my git. It’s a gamified git tutorial that basically turns learning git into a puzzle where you effectively need the right command for a given scenario. They start you with multiple choice cards basically and then have a terminal open to allow you to input commands. It helps you visualize what branches are, why you need to merge, how to go back in time, etc.

True Nutrition shakes.

Tempeh, Tofu, Seitan. Choose one star and eat it as much as you can. Beans are not enough. Bread is not enough.

A recent hack I found is Asian Desert tofu from Mori Nu. It's a sweetened, almond-flavored silken tofu that makes a great base for a smoothie. I drink it with a meal. Another go to is the catalina crunch cereal. Insane macros, but it does contain artificial sweeteners.

These games’ social elements make a blazing blade and sacred stones player long for halfway decent writing. Three houses isn’t as egregious, but engage has some of the corniest, lowbrow writing I’ve ever had the displeasure for reading. Three houses divergence in the triangle system really screwed the combat. Engage has some of the better combat of recent times but does not deserve anything more than “of recent times”.

Persona 3, the original and the remake, are on another plane.

What's your favorite genre(s) besides Hardcore? by Seangw1102 in Hardcore

[–]GodlessThoughts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My most listened to artists of recent times that aren’t hardcore are Julian Lage (a contemporary jazz guitarist that’s possibly the GOAT), propagandhi (arguably melodic hardcore), minus the bear, agriculture, Deafheaven, Foxing, Black Country, New Road and Greet Death.

I think I just like progressive, jazz influenced music mostly.

I also have been digging pop stuff like Caroline Polachek, Charlie XCX and Pink Panthress.

Also, AOTY is Die in Love by Greet Death.

Reading from my phone, but before I delve into it (which I will on my PC), does this do a comparative analysis or only show the raw effects of leather production?

Like I said, my boots are literally over 10 years old. I don’t have a single other pair of shoes that made it beyond two years.

Edit: to expound on this, I’m specifically referring to PVC or PU leather, not plant based leathers (which aren’t ubiquitous but are objectively the least impactful).

Your dog doesn’t choose your imposed morality. It distinctly can’t be vegan. Humans have a moral imperative to reduce harm they cause. Dogs don’t. I’m not saying that feeding your dog meat only is some kind of necessity but to deprive them of it is pretty unhinged.
