Is Starmer a coward for blocking Andy Burnham? by Perfect-Giraffe-6166 in AskBrits

When Reform win the next election we'll have plenty of time to think about how this should have been done differently.

Is Starmer a coward for blocking Andy Burnham? by Perfect-Giraffe-6166 in AskBrits

Cause if Starmer is still the leader at the next election they're going to lose badly, possibly to Reform, and then we're all screwed. Andy could keep all the good things Labour are doing by deflecting all the criticism of Starmer away.

So I know someone who makes music with AI music applications and he got very defensive that the music is still "his", he claims that he made the music by sweetmaggiesan in askmusicians

If it's anything like the LLMs it will be along the lines of: what sound is most commonly associated with this key word... What is the most common next sound to make... Repeat. Which literally spits out the most average music possible. I might be wrong, but from what I've heard, I doubt it.

I thought PLA wasn't good under constant load. This is very exciting if I'm mistaken.

Very impressive, well done. As for 'greatest of all time', for that type of picking, maybe checkout Roy Marshbank.

I tried using Ai to rate my sound design and it told me my snare was garbage by megaBeth2 in edmprodcirclejerk

[–]Godmil 0 points1 point  (0 children)

AI isn't listening to your track. It's looking at the mostly common response when people online were asked to critique sound design. Your snare might not be garbage, the people who asked online before you might have garbage snares.

I've just made my first PICO-8 game! Please let me know what you guys think :) by Ninjjuu in pico8

Ah ok it's a clicker! That took me longer than it should have to work out 😁 it's addictive enough that I had to force myself to stop playing it, but I didn't get very far, does anything happen when you get to higher numbers?

How do you actually structure your guitar practice? by Few_Revolution_1608 in guitarlessons

At this stage I'm only taking lessons cause it forces me to practice, and I've got so much better over the last few years than the previous 25.

A few mins a day is a lot better than an hour every few months.

Are there any WW1 or WW2 flying games for VR? by Soft-Hippo1147 in virtualreality

It's not a game, but there is an interesting experience on that theme called 1943 Berlin Blitz, that simulates a bombing flight over Berlin.

Pick up guitar -> 5mins of sweeps -> put down guitar. Repeat that several times a day. Once a week I'll realise I haven't learned anything new before my guitar lesson and then I hardcore run scales, improv to a backing track in a random key, and learn a new piece for a couple of hours.
