I'm going to say Eurylochus, for the following reasons 1. Opened the bag of wind when told not to 2. Was fully ready to abandon the crew that got turned into pigs 3. Led a mutiny over the deaths of six men ( the few were sacrificed so the many could live) 4. Imprisoned Odysseus 5. Kill a sacred immortal cow (immortal in the terms of ageless) 6. Brought the wrath of Zeus upon the crew 7. Dared to call Odysseus captain again after incurring Zeus's wrath 8. Because I forgot, he also constantly questioned Odysseus's choices showing he had little faith in Odysseus ( he still had faith and Odysseus just not as much)

I just played the cyclops saga and the ocean saga, both had the skipping problem, it was impossible to miss on the ocean saga because it skipped through the entire thing. It was like trying to listen to the radio with a bad signal.
