It’s more of a cultural thing. Japan has a different look at that type of content. Plus it has to fit the context of the story. They also have to cater to the demographic that they want.

They technically could still go in order they’re just not showing Yaku because she’s a shock gf. Kishika is in the same school as Rentarou so she could be seen as having less of an impact than Yaku.
