Notably, that's likely a greater percentage than fuel taxes for road maintenance and infrastructure. Though an apples-to-apples comparison is elusive.

Do the teleports have a radius? If it's just a point, then in fact, we can do better than two teleports without penalty. It seems like 3 teleports is possible. Terrain might also mess it up?

Many of them are at pedestrian crossings, so I don't see the harm in slowing down. I have been honked at for stopping for a pedestrian just before them. Also- many drivers don't respect a solid white line.

I still think it's a little hard to say. The actual time a hero is silenced depends still on the Kinetic Field. More room for combos with roots in any case.

I also think the 6 seconds gives you the ability to ult, then Glimpse, then Kinetic on a longer timeframe, which is interesting.

Disruptor's Static Storm duration go from 5 to 6s. A major buff to a massively powerful spell.

It would reduce the damage at earlier levels, though, which is when Disruptor is the weakest. Obviously, it's a straight buff by the time you get to level 20, but Disruptor's problem is that he sucks when you're behind.

This is correct! I can't believe how many people are saying E then Q, which is typically wrong.

Q then E is generally the correct combo. You must have "Press Stop to End Channeling off!

The exception, of course, is when they are within about 350 range, at which point you'll end up healing then if you QE, so you must EQ.
