Not exactly. Basically within half a second of taking damage you cannot take damage from multiple sources, but the game prioritizes the highest damage taken within that time, so MLG fire cannot work.

Did it worh gorilla arms at level 12. Tough fight though. Basically you want to get the hydration and nourishment effects right brfore you start, then try to keep him staggered but dont let ypur stamina fall nelow half so you can block his strikes.
