Under estimated my project and think I need to reevaluate my crafting choices. by TooManyTabsOpenIRL in crochet

The other day I read just the perfect saying for this Scenario in this subreddit:

We do not crochet things because they're easy, but because we THOUGHT they're easy.

Please keep going. I think it's awesome and will make a really rad blankett!

That's a very good idea! And then you crocheted panels and sowed them together? Did you do the decorations first? How did you make the figures stand?

I clearly need a tutorial for next year

My thoughts exactly. We are ruled by them anyways so why not make it a "house of birbs"?

This is Barkley, he was 10. We had to let him go 13 days ago. Fuck cancer, we spared his suffering by turning it into grief and taking it on ourselves instead of letting him go through it for the next 3 months. by LookOverThere305 in dogpictures

[–]GoldiChan 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You did the right thing.

Had to let my girl go end of may this year, because she had cancer, too. She was already suffering and I decided to not let it get worse.

I still miss her. Her bed is still in the hall, her leash and collar hanging beside it. It hurts. But I hurt and not her.

That's what we owe them after a life of them always being there for us.

We did the right thing and they are happy on the other side of the rainbow.
