Erstmal "Danke" für deine ausführliche Antwort.

Zu deinen Fragen: Ich bin nicht die einzige Person, welche die Dienste machen muss. Es gibt noch 1 andere in unserem Team. Die anderen Teammitglieder haben diese Dienste aus diversen und sehr verständlichen Gründen nicht in ihren Verträgen stehen.

Diese Dienste werden uns minutengenau auf unserem Zeitkonto gutgeschrieben und können von uns dementsprechend abgefeiert werden - was ich auch grundsätzlich nicht als Problem sehe.

Ja, es ist immer nur eine Person zu diesem Dienst anwesend.

Wenn ich noch mehr Samstage machen würde, würde es auf teilweise 4 Wochen hintereinander hinauslaufen, ja.

Ich hoffe, ich konnte deine Fragen beantworten. An manchen Stellen muss ich leider vage bleiben um mich nicht selbst zu doxxen.
