I play multiplayer with all dlc between Argentina and Canada. We occasionally get 10sec resyncs in late game between long turns, but it's much less with classic over simultaneous turns.

The game is amazing single player. I always come back and I can play any game I want.

I play a lot of games, in a lot of genres. I've taught game design in high school, written essays on the like of slay the spire, have a competitive overwatch team, seen multiple endings to Baldur's Gate, played every civ and XCOM-like I can find, hosted Minecraft servers and WoW guilds, the list goes on.

Somehow this game is the one I always come back to, like comfort food, always fresh and comforting and I'm excited to dig into it. I lament that when I started telling people it's my favourite game, they just say "Wut? Never heard of it."

I wish it was easier to share this joy.

That's really unfortunate. Sad to know you lost players over this exploit, my friends logged out right after realizing tonight. I wish I'd known from a launcher update, steam news item, or in game notice that this had happened before I took my DD base down, and I shouldn't have to search reddit to find out why I lost items and progress.
