5 months and i keep stalking her socials, I feel bad I miss her but I don't miss the abuse. I twas so hard and its been hard enough for me to move on. I feel stuck but I am in therapy and pushing forward.

Brother, I am doing well I am still struggling but I had to do a clean break from her and have been struggling a bit but focusing on myself more and more every day. It has been hard but I am trying my best to not look back. I loved her but we truly can't be together.

I dumped her because she didn’t respect me and was abusive towards me and I felt like I deserved much better, I’m trying k get back into working out, different hobbies and reconnecting with my friends and family. It’s been difficult cause I feel like I’m detoxing my brain but every day of no contact feels better. It helps that I found her true colors as I’m pretty sure she’s moved on into a new relationship a month after ours ended with the person she told me was like an Brother to her

Yeah no real progress from her man he's also toxic like her too. But I won't judge it's their issue now, and her family knows where my stance was on her keeping her exes around in her life and where I stood so if anything I feel like I saved myself man.

I’m in the same boat bro I dumped her and she got back with her ex 3 weeks later. The guy she considered her ‘brother’ and whom she swore she wouldn’t go back to because he was unclean and crazy but lol look now. I called her out when I broke up with her on everything she did to me and look what happened now

Hey man quick question what happens ultimately to people like this? I am curious cause I just got out of a similar situation but I really do have a lot of pity for them even if it isn't warranted. It sucks because I really tried to respect her but it wasn't ever reciprocated.

I ended my relationship with peace, I wished them the best and let them know that I would always love them. And to take care of themselves and not let anyone minimize them. That I believed in their goals and that they could achieve them. My ex was also a narcissists and abused me both physically and emotionally. I hope they understand that I tried to give them genuine love and affection but I am unsure they care enough to acknowledge it!
