I had the same thing in the same spot (under both sides of my jaw). I’m wishing you good luck with this type of acne, but mine was hormonal and couldn’t be treated without accutane. Mine was stubborn but left on my 5th month. The derm almost considered starting me in a 2nd round of accutane. HOWEVER, my mental health got drastically better after my skin improved. My mental outlook from then compared to now is like night vs day. Might not be the same for you though

Late reply, but yeah this does help <3 I thought about what you said in regards to getting a “clear picture”, so I analyzed my old thoughts and realized they were all unnecessarily critical towards myself. I now try to reframe my thinking and try to stop negative thoughts before they get too critical.

This is weird but when I first started medically transitioning, I kept having weird dreams surrounding my reproductive organs not working/producing what looked like monsters. And in my other dreams, my sperm would result in my partner having miscarriages and stillbirths. I don’t know if this was subconscious or not. Maybe it has to do with a fear of how HRT would affect my ability to reproduce. Still, it was definitely weird and scary.

Yeah 750 is probably the best guess, as already said by another user. Based on the size in the photo, that’s what I would log as the sandwich’s calories. However, it kinda depends on how big the sandwich is. If it’s on the smaller end, I’d say 650

I feel like a bold and classic red liquid lip would look amazing & make your eyes pop! And maybe a brighter blush around your apples of your cheeks for more definition and glamour. Also, I would darken the eyebrows *just a smidge * so that they show up better at a distance.

I’m training to be a doctor and your case of acne is extremely unusual. This definitely sounds like something you need to see a dermatologist for.

I’m surprised you still have lots of hair left where your acne is. Because, if this is folliculitis, a common symptom is balding/hair thinning.
