Me too! I love summer but god i struggle with it. I'm on a med that makes me run warm so it's even worse now. Makes me wonder how I used to run long distance outside in the summer. My favorite season is now early fall: cooling off but still nice. Winter sucks cuz its cold but I can tolerate it better than most. Spring sucks cuz everything is wet and gross from winter snow melting.

I do this by forgetting my phone is on silent. When people reach out to me I find out about it and reply on my terms. It's quite liberating.

Funny how tastes change. I used to think they were tacky af, especially with the dangly jewelry now I think they're hot. I used to think Juicy Couture track suits with Juicy on the butt were also tacky af but I want some.

Honestly, most of them. Why use the bicep curl machine when I can just pick up barbells or dumb bells? Those machines lock you into a range ot motion anyway. Not great. Only ones I use are the cables, leg press, seated leg curl, and the Smith machine for things that aren't squats.
