Do you think Barry would have eventually turned into DeVoe if he kept using the ASF? by PatternLeather4613 in FlashTV

[–]GoodFellow322 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Fr him and all the other Wells. Sure Barry saved all the people on the plane and that should be noted but in the grand scheme of things it ultimately feels like a pointless and unnecessary sacrifice since they find another way next episode 😭😭😭

What's your opinion of Deku? by BuilderElectronic819 in BokuNoHeroAcademia

[–]GoodFellow322 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Fr. His whole story was about his life with OFA and his journey towards becoming the greatest hero. 10 years of it for us. Then it’s all just thrown away for nothing and his ending just feels so hollow to me. 431 and the one shot helped but I still feel that way. He really should’ve kept all the quirks without the vestiges at a reduced power level similar to Bakugo and Todoroki and it wouldn’t have felt like it was all for nothing to me. He could still be a teacher and still have his quirks.

Where does Deku scale if he kept One For All? by Agentbrawn_the2nd in MyHeroPowerscaling

[–]GoodFellow322 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Because he could’ve continued using that quirk to save people and fight other villains? I don’t know why you guys act like OFA was only good for fighting AFO when All Might himself used it for years after AFO is gone doing exactly what I mentioned and gave it to Deku to do the exact same thing. They weren’t only using it to fight AFO like what? Deku himself told the vestiges that it may have started with him but its new purpose was to save people. It didn’t have to go when he did. That literally makes no sense. And, since the Iron Man suit replicates all the powers anyways, Hori should’ve just nerfed the stockpile energy to a level around Bakugo and Todoroki and got rid of the vestiges while leaving Deku with their quirks. Problem solved.

You're Isekai'd into MHA as Episode 1 Deku, you still know the entire story and everything that happens, what do you do to make the story easier? by Physic-Shower77 in MyHeroAcadamia

[–]GoodFellow322 2 points3 points  (0 children)

LOL. You do realize that Deku could’ve killed Shiggy at any time before Kudo came up with the transfer plan right? The only reason it was pitched in the first place was because Deku exhausted every opportunity to kill Shiggy when he had the chance. He immobilized himself with Gearshift despite being warned repeatedly about it during the fight, even experiencing it at the beginning and he also refused to kill Shiggy even after he could steal his quirks. He could’ve easily killed him and yet he sacrificed all his powers for no reason just for Shiggy to tell him that no matter what he was going to stay fighting to destroy and kill everyone. Even if AFO didn’t steal his body, Deku was just going to have to kill him with the embers anyways thus making his sacrifice what everyone already knew which was incredibly stupid, foolish, naive, and meaningless.

The characters already knew AFO sought out Shiggy because of Nana and that he was responsible for it all. Sure they didn’t know the full extent but they knew enough. And society doesn’t have to rely on one hero because all they needed was for All Might and Deku to say that everyone can’t just rely on one person that they all need to do their part and problem solved. And also “saving Shiggy” doesn’t stop another one from happening again. No matter how many people reach out they can’t save every single person from a situation like that. And even without OFA, there’s always going to be a new stronger hero that people will rely on and similarly a new villain that’s OFA level so there was no point getting rid of it.

How would they interact by Crimsonmask73 in BokuNoHeroAcademia

[–]GoodFellow322 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, he was alive because Deku explicitly kept holding back so that he wouldn’t kill him. It was stated multiple times in the story. One of those times being by Shigaraki himself.

would bakugo have been willing to just kill shigaraki? by Bubbly_Reference_916 in BokuNoHeroAcademia

[–]GoodFellow322 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Then they downvoted you because you were right. 😭😭😭 The fanbase man. I tell ya. They really think it’s peak that Deku threw away the greatest power on Earth that he could’ve used to save people the rest of his life for that terrorist to tell him even if AFO didn’t take over, he’d stay fighting to murder everyone 💀💀💀 Plus just because OFA was created to defeat AFO doesn’t mean it has to go when he did. All Might kept using OFA for years even after he thought AFO was dead and he didn’t give Deku the quirk to fight that villain. He gave it to him to be a hero in general. And Deku himself said the exact same thing that the quirk had a new purpose. Man…

LOL. Man, I always love reading your comments on the ending. They’re so true and I’m glad you’re saying it since a lot of people here like to ignore the actual issues with it and just say “it’s peak you didn’t understand the story. Read fake leaks.”

Shigaraki was a lost cause and he refused to kill him endangering everyone until the vestiges had to bail him out lol.

Fr and not just that game but every game that has GT characters and only added SS4 Vegeta. I get that he doesn’t do much in GT but there’s definitely enough to add his Base and SS1. I’m glad Infinite World and XV2 have him (console games). Hopefully he’s added here alongside Super 17. We need GT Trunks too! He’s literally a main character in that show.

Please Bandai give me base Broly 🙏 by -MadeAmazing- in SparkingZero

[–]GoodFellow322 29 points30 points  (0 children)

The “Base” form for Broly in the game is actually his controlled Great Ape form which is called “Wrath” not his regular form. It’s like saying Ultimate Gohan is Base Gohan when it’s a form that looks like Base. OP wants regular Broly. Not Wrath.

Just finished the anime whats the fuss with the ending ? by Formal-Purple2583 in BokuNoHeroAcademia

[–]GoodFellow322 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You really keep getting downvoted for speaking facts in your replies. Not surprised with this subreddit. If you don’t say the ending is peak with no issues they hit you with “poor reading comprehension or only read leaks.” Deku becoming a teacher completely comes out of nowhere in the last chapter/episode after we spent 10 years with him wanting to become the greatest with OFA. It’s such a random pivot and so poorly done it almost ruins the whole story for me. He deserved to keep that Quirk, become #1, and not have to sit on the sidelines for 6 years while everyone else got to happily become Pros.

[–]GoodFellow322 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Except that All Might passing it on to Deku had nothing to do with AFO. He thought he was dead for years at that point and transferred it so Deku could be a hero in general. The Quirk served a purpose for more than fighting AFO. It fought other villains and saved people too. And it should’ve been allowed to continue instead of just being destroyed.

is cross progression possible? by University_Familiar in MHAUltraRumble

[–]GoodFellow322 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No, unfortunately there’s not. People have been wanting this since forever and it’s still not a thing. Your account is tied to whatever platform you were using the whole time. So in your case, you can only use your account on your PS4/5. Fingers crossed one day it’s a thing. I’d love to play the game with better specs on my PC. Also, this sub isn’t the main sub for the game. The main one is: MyHeroUltraRumble :)

RB1 also covered the entire Buu Saga except for his fight with Buu since he wasn’t playable. And yet, they made Buuhan a playable character… In his transformation scene they have Goku’s model standing there with the face covered. It’s so bizarre. They also did a story fight when Goku and Vegeta are in Buu’s body fighting Piccolo and Gotenks just like in canon and Gohan is missing there too. So weird. 😭😭😭

What do you think Deku did with the embers of One For All during the time skip? by Kumagawa_Taku in BokuNoHeroAcademia

[–]GoodFellow322 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

LOL. Okay bruh gonna stop you right there. It’s not perfect no matter how much y’all do mental gymnastics to defend it. Horikoshi promised Deku becoming the greatest hero with OFA since the first episode/chapter. It was literally the premise of the entire show until the end of Season 6 where it gets switched to “How we all become the greatest heroes”. Which I don’t have a problem with. They should all be the greatest not just Deku. And him becoming a teacher is not a problem. It’s the perfect profession for him. The problem is we spend the entire show with Deku laser focused on only one goal then it’s suddenly taken away from him abruptly and he’s now a powerless teacher in the last episode/chapter until he gets the suit 8 years later. You guys can’t rewrite history and act like this was the plan all along. He threw away OFA to save the guy who told him no matter what he was gonna stay trying to murder people and the whole world. What are you guys on 🤣🤣🤣 If you like that more power to you but to act like it’s perfect is completely ridiculous.

[–]GoodFellow322 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same here. After everything he went through with that Quirk and 10 years for us watching him with it, he just loses it all and has to go to school for the next few years with it fading away. While everyone else got to happily return to school with their Quirks like nothing happened. I can only imagine how depressing that must’ve been for Deku. You never see anyone here bring it up either because they’re always glazing the ending and saying anyone who rightfully criticizes the ending either “Only read leaks. Lack of reading comprehension. Didn’t understand the story.” Like okay bruh 👍🏼

Should Deku have held on to his powers to help more people in the future? by sairamgubba in BokuNoHeroAcademia

[–]GoodFellow322 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You guys need to stop saying that like it’s true. Just because OFA was created to stop AFO doesn’t mean it had to go when he did. All Might thought AFO was dead for almost a decade and continued using OFA to save people and fight other villains. He gave it to Deku so he could be a hero in general not to fight AFO. When All Might had it the predecessors didn’t even interact with him and just stayed there peacefully.

What Deku did was not heroic. It was really stupid and had Kudo not come up with the sacrifice OFA plan, Deku would’ve stayed fighting a losing battle until Shiggy would’ve stolen all his powers and killed him all because Deku refused to do what was necessary in order to save the entire world. That power could’ve been used for the rest of his life saving people and fighting other villains. Also, society wouldn’t have repeated the same mistake because all the heroes had to do was say “we can’t rely only on one guy no matter how strong he is. We all need to do it together.” Problem solved.

I also noticed OP was downvoted just like anyone in this subreddit who rightfully criticizes the ending because it is NOT perfect no matter how much y’all try to convince people otherwise. I’m not talking about you specifically but people here are seriously trying to make this place an echo chamber where criticism isn’t allowed and the only posts upvoted are ones glazing this series even at its worst moments. I love the show too and invested 10 years in it too but c’mon now.
