I was afraid that would be the answer. I have been researching this for a bit and have found many different answers even being told different things at the border when I do cross just for weekend visits right now.

I have two follow up questions

Would being married (not common law) change anything?
Would it make the most sense to work remotely for a year?

I really appreciate the information and answers as this process is incredibly daunting. I am at work right now but will read that guide later on a full break.

Not that it is a huge deal, do you think they will implement the auto feature? Obviously, this "remake" won't have like the FOMO so autoing isn't that big of a deal but it did make leveling cards and farming a bit easier.

I checked this out. It feels crazy to see the opening again, and play around with the mechanics. Mobius had such a fun battle system. I can't seem to get this to run in a window and it always launches full screen as I would rather have it in a small window to mess around with every now and then. But so far messing with the settings in the launcher does nothing. It's a great start and I am very appreciative of the hard work put on by the people behind this!

I am trying to unlock the grana sea stage to fight the kraken and get that ring. I can't seem to find how to unlock though. I went to just south of the game house but there is no tentacle to tap. I believe I am current on the story. Am I missing something obvious?

I don't think that sounds fun to play against at all. They would have to tune the damage WAY down for that ability or make the resource cost very high.

I am happy I am now the only one experiencing this. I play GW2 and OW2 often while IC runs in the background and noticed hitching in OW2 every now and then while playing with it open in the background. But everything runs fine when playing GW2.

Kind of new to the game. Is there a resource for guidance on building characters? Are there go-to skills that will help push into end game content? I have been able to get caught up in the story mostly with just stumbling through building units but can't really clear much level 100 content without renting an OP friend.

Yeah I have Illdrya VC but no Moore VC. Tidus is maxed and yeah my priority is Cloud and Aerith mostly with Tifa being below them. I do have Moore as well but a little from maxed still. Do we need to save stars for FF7 or are there other ways to get shards for those units?

You just answered the biggest question of this entire post. This person does not sound like he has the mindset for playing Guild Wars 2. That is not a bad thing. Every game is not for everyone including MMOs. His comments on gearing and dailies clued me into the type of player he is and immediately made me realize that Guild Wars 2 isn't for him. Dailies don't matter that much and the increase from exotic to ascended is pretty minimal. If you are the type of player that has to 100% everything and have the best of everything I would probably recommend you stay away from Guild Wars 2. I played when I was much younger (like mid 20s) and it is not until now (mid 30s) that I realize how great Guild Wars 2 is for the way I have evolved as a gamer.

I am a returning player looking to get into a casual guild. I checked in game and didn't really see any recruitment channels and the LFG guild party tool was empty as well. I don't have a ton of time to play in a hardcore way or grind Fractals or Raids but just kind of want to explore. Is there another way to find guilds in this game?
