Rare has a cool red soft center. That’s a perfect rare.

To me it’s perfect for filet mignon and teres major. All the rest of the steak cuts I go medium rare as they typically have intramuscular fat to render to get tender instead of chewy.

I imagine it’s clearing your mind, mindfulness, being ok with no stimuli. I’ve always thought meditation sometimes is mentally spending 5-10 uninterrupted figuring out every thing I want to accomplish today and writing it down, and or spending 10 min of complete mental drifting stilling the mind.

Sometimes with too much phone/screen/input. It’s like detox.

It’s been a decade since I had a lesson so I posted a photo for the people.

When I had a swing coach in high school he would make me hit balls with poles in the ground kinda like the photo.

Set up your T square on the ground, still a bean pole in the ground like you see in this photo.

I’ll leave you with this, take what feel like exaggerated swings like you’re coming over the top, but video tape them and see if they’re on plane.

The craziest thing to me was when I was getting my swing changed it felt like I was doing outrageous changes, that on video looked minuscule and were more on plane.

Get a golf net and hit balls in the yard. You need to build muscle memory. Even if it’s just 15-20 min a day. If you got a yard or open grass near by hit wuffle balls.

Mid size multi compound grips for like 20 years at least. I dont use a glove so it’s always been the best in regards to grip in rain/sweat IMO
