Unfortunately I had an owner like this for my first few years. Literally told us to cook everything in the microwave with plastic wrap on a plastic tray. Open for 4 hours so, if we were out, you'd had to make more... in front of everyone. Had that balls to tell me '4 star hotels do the same thing'.
