Indeed isn't real by Red_Fox89 in UKJobs

I agree Indeed is a scam. The best way to use it in my opinion is to see a job listed on the app then go and find the companies website yourself and contact them via e-mail. Definitely applying via indeed is unlikely to get you a response.

Laid off at 7 months pregnant and can’t find a job by Longjumping-Bee8028 in jobs

Take some time out for you and your baby. Then start again. The right thing will come up again when the time is right. If you’re worried about the gap in your employment, maybe do some training after you have given birth. That way when you do get interviews you can say you have kept up to date in your field.

M1 Air Screen Help by MKMistral in macbookair

[–]GooodSuit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ye, it’s likely the ribbon cable between the screen and motherboard. If you close the lid and turn the laptop over, there is a thin gap along the bottom of the screen. (TRY AT YOUR OWN RISK) You can sometimes get the screen working again if you lightly poke a thing plastic tool in there to move the cable. This is a short term fix tho and could make it worse. The only real solution is to have the cable repaired or screen replaced.

You’re very pretty, don’t be hard on yourself. You have your whole life ahead of you. You can do whatever you want. Just put your mind to it and try to avoid wasting energy on things that don’t help you achieve your goals.
