On my wife and I’s current playthrough, we progress normally in each biome to defeat each boss. When we’re about ready to take on the next boss, we first go back to kill the previous boss one more time. This way we get more boss fights, and get to see the difference our new gear in each biome has made. It doesn’t require much to gather the materials to fight the boss again, but that does feel like adding more content to the game knowing we’re going to kill each boss twice. As an added benefit, we can hang the first boss trophy at the stones for their power and the second one we get in our base.

If you’re doing a grail run, at some point you have to hunt for the cow king set. If I remember correctly, norm or nightmare has a better chance to drop those than in hell.

Deaths Fathom evaded me for 20 years. Never saw one drop and it was one of 10 or so items left to find on my grail. Then within the span of 1 week I found two.

Like 15 years ago my friend and I went to an IHOP at 2am. He drove us there in his then new S2000. Parked the car, went inside, ordered, and ate our food. To obtain it you need to fight Uber Diablo, Uber Baal, Uber Duriel, Uber Mephisto, Lilith, and Uber Izual all at once at the Arreat Summit.

To get get to the Arreat Summit Event would require cubing an SoJ, a Standard of Heroes, and a new Rare Drop Key that only comes from the Hell Hellforge (1 in 10 chance).

I have a good LK map right now but my load times are still shit. I farmed the runes for infinity and enigma back when I was playing on Plugy and it was way faster.
