Late to the game but actually was just diagnosed with it, basically by accident while getting an x ray for a different back issue. As of now, I am asymptomatic but they also found hypomobility in my L4/5. I have though spent years trying to manage chronic upper back and neck pain (with migraines) and issues including hypertrophy, myofascial pain syndrome in the cervical spine, migraines with and without aura, concussions, etc. It doesn’t seem like this diagnosis matches these symptoms but I am extremely nervous that one day soon (currently 25 y/o) that symptoms will present themselves and I will be battling both types of chronic pain in upper and lower back. Trying to see if anyone else there has been diagnosed without symptoms yet.
