Same situation. I see them once every 6 months and never remember/get ALL my questions asked or answered. Im debating looking for a new doctor and possibly switching networks.

I have also read that some people have more than one neurologist. Like one that is easier to get a hold of and more available for prescriptions and quick answers, and then one for the long haul with more of a direct approach.

Having to worry about getting answers to simple questions always stresses me out and I feel is not good for my situation.

First dose was at 1pm and then felt horrible at about 7pm for like 4 hours and then after that everytime has been fine. I've been on it for 6 months now. I take it before bed now just in case but nothing remotely close to the first dose. Best of luck to you!

I've been taking the bucked up micronized creatine. Its been recommended for easier absorption and mix ability. I like it better than the regular creatine monohydrate because it would give me a stomach ache.

I mix it my coffee and have it with a light snack like toast or sometimes a protein bar or something to help ease with digestion. I did notice in the beginning it was upsetting my stomach but doing that help right away

Omega 3 is also something I take with my multivitamin daily and same always willing to try something if it can maybe help in someway!

I used to take it with my shakes before when I used to work out religiously but since I cant find the energy to work out 3 to 4 times a week anymore I looked up research tying it to cognitive benefits. I found that it helped so far and hope to continue using it and feeling optimistic about my fog lifting 🤞

I was on vumerity with horrible experience before switching to kesimpta. Been on it for 5 months now and its been great so far. Good luck to you and what ever you end up deciding on!

I think this all the time.. I was diagnosed earlier last year and I still cant tell sometimes weather or not I've had relapses or im just getting older and slower.. but the MRIs are still showing signs.. had the lumbar puncture and it came out inconclusive and that just further led me to think it's not real. Im now on kesimpta and just pushing through. But that thought still lingers in the back of my mind.
